Neither of the other two men in these photos has been identified, but the time stamp on the footage corresponds to the time stated in search warrants for when Ernest Wallace and Carlos Ortiz were inside. Wallace was charged with being an accessory after the fact of murder and pleaded not guilty. A judge set Wallace’s bail at $500,000 cash. Ortiz has been charged with unlawful possession of a firearm and is being held without bail.
