Don your finest cocktail attire and sample the seafood creations of Boston's top chefs tomorrow night. Trade's Andrew Hebert, Erbaluce's Charles Draghi, dante's Dante de Magistris, Tavern Road's Louis DiBiccari, West Bridge's Matthew Gaudet, Taranta's Jose Duarte, Puritan's Will Gilson and more will craft an oceanic dinner tomorrow evening on Fish Pier for the Boston Seafood Gala, which kicks off this weekend's Boston Seafood Festival.
The soiree starts at 6 p.m. with champagne cocktails, appetizers, and bivalves at the Exchange Conference Center, 212 Northern Ave. Tickets are $125; get them here. Cocktail attire is suggested. There's also an open bar and live music.
On Saturday, the Boston Seafood Festival happens at Bank of America Pavilion. It starts at 11 a.m. with oyster-shucking tutorials, kids activities, chef demos, and of course, plenty of food stands. Admission is $10.
Proceeds for both benefit the Boston Fisheries Foundation.
