An 18-year-old man fell four stories through a skylight on the roof of an MIT fraternity house on Wednesday night near Kenmore Square, officials said.
Boston Fire Department officials said the man, who suffered injuries that were not life-threatening, fell through the skylight and landed on the first-floor staircase of the building on Commonwealth Avenue shortly after 11:30 p.m.
Acting District Fire Chief Paul Burke said at the scene that the victim was taken to Brigham and Womenâ™s Hospital.
Burke said the building houses members of the Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity at MIT, but he could not say whether the victim is a student at the college or a resident of the house.
