Brittany Thompson left the library with the man at 4:25 p.m. Monday.

She was wearing a red sleeveless shirt, blue jeans, and flip flops, police said. She has braces and often wears sunglasses on her head.

Medfield and State Police released a photo of the man, saying he was white, heavy-set, with slicked-back hair and was wearing a “Sons of Anarchy” T-shirt.

“We have reason to believe Brittany Thompson is endangered,” police said.

Police asked anyone with information about her location or the man in the photograph to call State Police at 508-820-2121.
