What the heck is going on between Kanye West and Jimmy Kimmel? Last night they took over the Twitterverse with back and forth bickering that has left fans wondering if it's all a joke or for real.
Here's what happened. West gave an hour-long interview with BBC radio on Monday. He called himself "a god" and talked about how he invented leather jogging pants.
And so Kimmel, of course, poked fun of it Wednesday night on his show. Here is a clip, in case you missed it.
But West apparently did not find the bit funny. He responded with the following angry tweets (we'll pick out the ones without the obscenities but to read them all head over to Yeezy's Twitter account).
Then ... what seemed like a possible olive branch.
Or not.
How has Kimmel responded?
So is it all a joke? Not according to Kimmel.
Check out Kimmel's response last night in the video below. He told his audience all about the tweets and said Kanye called him an hour before the show and asked him to publicly apologize. Of course this was all just more fodder for the comedian.
"Finally, I'm in a rap feud," he told his audience, who laughed.
