The local dairy company HP Hood helped people passing throug City Hall Plaza find relief from the heat. The company provided free samples of their new ice cream, the Harvey Bar, working in conjunction with Boston Pedicab, whose bow-tie clad drivers rode around and distributed the chocolate covered ice cream bars.
