Airplane seats can be pretty cramped, especially when the passenger next to you falls asleep on top of you.
"Here I was... Minding my own business on a flight home, when I ended up in an extremely awkward situation."
That's how Steve Cullum, airline passenger, starts his story. Cullum recorded a women next to him, who fell asleep in his lap during a flight from Baltimore to Manchester, N.H.
As soon as she sat down, she started falling asleep, and it only got worse as the flight continued. I tried lifting her up, shaking her, and startling her, but it seemed like nothing was going to work. So, I thought it would be fun to get some of it on video to share with family and friends.
Let's just say, when he posted the video on YouTube, he probably had no idea that not only would family and friends see the the video, but a quarter-million strangers as well.
At the end of his posting, Cullum added:
"I would like to speak with this lady, so if you have any leads, please let me know. I would like to ask for (albeit late) permission (and now forgiveness)."
