According to a study conducted by Craigslist, red is the color of love in Boston-- at least on the T.
Researchers rated the MBTA's lines and stations as far as romance goes based on an 11-week study of over 200 ads posted in the “Missed Connections” section of Craigslist Boston. Each station and train line received a “TRIST [short for “Train Romance Index Score Total] Score,” calculated by taking the total number of Missed Connection mentions for a particular station and the average daily ridership for that station.
