Worried about making your flight connection? Wayne Chen, the president of Marlborough-based Mo’Zippity Apps and creator of the Connect on Time app, has come up with a list of the 10 worst airports for connecting on time.
Chen said he examined data from the Bureau of Transportation Statistics, Federal Aviation Administration, and the private company FlightStats to get data related to on-time arrivals and departures. The rankings also take into account the amount of time it takes to get between the furthest gates at any given airport after passengers have cleared any security and passport control lines.
The Connect on Time app provides an overall view of more than 40 airports, including a map of the gates and terminals. The app also provides information on how long it takes to get to your destination inside the airport. Take a look at which airports are worst for on-time connections.
