Biking
Dusting off that bike you have in storage is a great way to work in some exercise with your honey without having to spend a lot of money (or don grungy workout clothes).

Tennis
Battle it out on the tennis court against your sweetheart for some good, old fashioned fun, or play a game of doubles against another couple. Nothing brings you together better than defeating opponents.

Paddling
Canoeing requires two people: Someone to paddle in the bow (front), and someone in the stern (back). In that same vein, kayaking is also something great to try with your special someone. You can also turn taking in the scenery in Boston, Concord, or other locale from a water craft into a weekend or day trip to get away from it all.

Yoga
Breathe deeply and relax with your partner by taking in a yoga class. There are many different types of yoga you can try as a couple such as hip hop yoga, acro-yoga, or even couples yoga. Make a day by going out for a good cup of tea afterwards.

Dance
Sure it’s a good aerobic workout, but did you also know that according to a 2003 study published in the New England Journal of Medicine doing ballroom dancing at least twice a week made people less likely to develop dementia. So go ahead and bust a move with your sweetheart.

Try a bootcamp
Misery loves company, right? What better company to keep while suffering through a tough bootcamp workout than you better half.
According to the American Council on Exercise , bootcamp workouts are among the most popular types of workouts out there. A study by ACE found that the average exerciser burns approximately 9.8 calories per minute during a typical boot-camp workout, which equals nearly 400 calories during one 40-minute boot-camp session.

Hike
Get outdoors with your honey by taking a hike. Hiking is good, aerobic exercise, which can improve your cardiorespiratory fitness, can help tone your muscles, and strengthen your bones.
